Te mapa
Cogan lies on the eastern side of Cebu island in the Central Visayas, facing the Camotes Sea. Like many communities along this stretch of coast, its built area follows the shoreline and the main coastal road, with homes and small streets clustered on the flatter ground before the land rises into the interior hills.
From above, the pattern is linear rather than gridded. A coastal highway carries most of the traffic north and south, side roads branch inland toward farms and upland barangays, and small streams run down from the hills to the sea. The coastline itself, with its gentle curves and occasional points, forms the dominant edge of the map.
A Cogan map poster turns that simple, readable geography into a clean composition: sea on one side, a ribbon of settlement along the coast, and the finer lines of rural roads climbing inland. It is an understated portrait, suited to people who know this coast well and want its outline on the wall.
The shoreline forms the eastern edge of the map, a long, softly curving line that separates the open water from the strip of settlement along the coast.
The main road runs parallel to the sea, tying Cogan to neighbouring towns along eastern Cebu and serving as the backbone of the local street pattern.
Smaller roads leave the coast and wind inland toward farmland and upland communities, adding fine, irregular detail to the western side of the composition.

For families from eastern Cebu, including many who now work in Cebu City, Manila or overseas, a map of home carries real weight. It shows the coast, the road and the place where the hills begin, a quiet reminder that suits any room.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates with a family name, a barangay or a date that matters. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, and either download the HD files for $9 or order a printed poster with an optional wooden frame.
