Te mapa
Cuango-Luzamba lies in the Cuango River valley in northeastern Angola, near the border with the Democratic Republic of the Congo. From above, the river is the main feature. It runs through the valley in broad bends, with the settlement spread along the roads near its banks and savanna and gallery forest stretching away on either side.
The Cuango valley is one of Angola's best-known diamond areas, and alluvial mining has shaped the town and its surroundings. Mining areas show on the map as clearings and irregular workings along the river and its tributaries, next to residential districts that have grown with the industry.
A Cuango-Luzamba map poster is a composition of water and open land: the winding river, the roads that follow and cross it, and the loose pattern of neighbourhoods between them. It is a quiet, spacious image of a place that is rarely mapped for display.
The river winds through the valley and past the town, providing the strongest natural line on the map and the reason the settlement exists.
Along the river and its tributaries, mining areas break the landscape into irregular clearings that are clearly different from the residential streets.
Savanna and strips of forest surround the town, so the built-up area appears as a loose cluster in a wide, open landscape.

Koteā ko Cuango-Luzamba
People who have worked in the Cuango valley, or whose families come from there, rarely find any image of it for sale. A map poster fills that gap with a clear and personal picture of the river and the town.
Personalise the title in Portuguese or English, add a subtitle and the coordinates line, and choose from five styles. The digital files include six print sizes as 300 DPI PNG and PDF, ready for any local printer.
