Te mapa
Dharmadam lies on the Malabar coast of northern Kerala, near Thalassery in Kannur district. Its map is shaped by water: the Arabian Sea along the west, a river estuary cutting into the land and a small island, Dharmadam Island, sitting just off the shore. Between them, roads and lanes weave through the dense, green settlement pattern typical of coastal Kerala.
Dharmadam Island is a local landmark, a small wooded islet that can be reached on foot across the sand at low tide. The town is also home to Government Brennen College, one of the older colleges in the region, and it lies close to Muzhappilangad, known for its long beach where cars can drive along the sand.
A Dharmadam map poster turns that coastal setting into a composed, balanced image. The curving shoreline, the estuary's meandering banks and the small round island provide strong shapes, while the finer network of lanes fills the land in between. It is a gentle, recognisable map for people from Kannur and alumni of the college.

A river reaches the sea at Dharmadam, and its winding banks and channels cut into the land, adding curving water lines to the map.
Inland from the shore, a dense web of small roads and lanes runs between houses and coconut groves, giving the land area a fine, detailed texture.

Koteā ko Dharmadam
Many people from Kerala live far from home, in the Gulf, other Indian cities or overseas. A map of Dharmadam, with its island and coastline, is a personal way to keep the town close.
Add your own title and subtitle, such as a family name or a college batch year, adjust the coordinates line, and choose Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand.
