Te mapa
Dingtao is a district of Heze in south-western Shandong, lying on the broad, level North China Plain. Seen from above, the landscape is dominated by right angles: long roads, irrigation channels and field boundaries divide the land into a fine rectangular pattern. The urban area forms a denser block within this grid, with wide avenues running north to south and east to west.
The area has a long history under the name Tao, and local tradition connects it with Fan Li, the statesman of the Spring and Autumn period who is said to have become a wealthy merchant here and is remembered as Tao Zhu Gong. Heze as a whole is known in China for its peony growing, which fills fields around the city each spring.
A Dingtao map poster is an exercise in geometry. The printed lines trace newer residential compounds, older lanes near the centre and the channels that thread through the surrounding farmland. Because the terrain is so flat, the structure of the roads carries the whole composition, and Blueprint or Classic black and white give that order a crisp, technical clarity.
Around the town, roads and irrigation ditches divide farmland into long rectangles, a pattern that repeats across the plain and fills the edges of the poster.
New urban roads cross the district in straight lines, framing large residential blocks and giving the centre a clear, ordered outline on the printed map.
Small rivers and canals cross the flat ground at gentle angles, among the few lines on the map that do not follow the surrounding grid.

Koteā ko Dingtao
For families with roots in Dingtao, a map of the district is a subtle way to keep home visible, whether in a new apartment in a larger city or overseas. Its ordered lines also appeal to anyone who simply likes clean, graphic compositions on the wall.
You can write the title in any form you like, add a subtitle with a date or dedication and edit the coordinates line. Choose from Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, then download the files or order a printed poster with an optional wooden frame.
