Te mapa
Fanipol is a small town in Minsk Region, just southwest of the Belarusian capital, and it has grown largely as a satellite of the city. From above, it is compact and fairly regular. There are blocks of apartment buildings, areas of private houses with narrower streets, and industrial sites along the transport routes. The railway toward Brest runs alongside the town.
Many residents commute into Minsk, and the town's layout reflects this link. The railway station and main road are the key connections, and the housing is concentrated within walking distance of them. Beyond the edges, the land opens into fields, small woods and scattered villages, typical of the countryside around Minsk.
A Fanipol map poster shows a clear, contained shape. The apartment districts form larger geometric blocks, the private housing adds a finer pattern of lanes, and the rail line cuts a straight line across the composition. With the countryside left open, the town sits neatly in its landscape.
The main line toward Brest runs past the town, with a station serving commuters to Minsk. On the poster it is a long, firm straight line.
Multi-storey residential blocks are grouped in large, regular areas. They give the map broad, geometric shapes near the centre.
Fields and small woods encircle the town. Printed as open space, they frame Fanipol's compact outline and separate it from the capital.
