Te mapa
Guihulngan is a component city in Negros Oriental, the Philippines, on the northeastern coast of Negros Island facing the Tañon Strait and, across it, Cebu. The urban centre sits along the shore, and from above it forms a compact grid pressed between the sea and the rising ground behind.
Inland, the city's territory stretches far into the mountainous interior of Negros, so the built-up area makes up only a small part of the municipal map. Roads run along the coast and follow river valleys uphill, while the coastline itself is a long, gently irregular edge. Guihulngan became a city in 2007.
A Guihulñgan map poster pairs a firm coastline with an organised town centre. The strait provides a broad, empty field on one side of the print, while the streets and inland roads fill the other, a balanced composition for anyone with ties to Negros.
The shoreline runs along the eastern edge of the city, and the open water of the strait gives the map a clean, strong boundary.
The town centre near the shore is laid out in a compact grid, with the densest streets concentrated close to the coastal road and the waterfront.
Routes wind inland along valleys toward the upland barangays, adding thin, curving lines that climb away from the coast into the interior of Negros.

Koteā ko Guihulñgan
For families from Guihulngan who now live in Cebu, Manila or abroad, a map of the town by the strait is a clear reminder of home. It makes a meaningful gift for a homecoming, a fiesta or a family celebration.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates with a family name, barangay or special date. Five styles are available: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Blueprint makes the coastline and the strait especially crisp.
