Te mapa
Jalajala is the easternmost town of Rizal province, on the peninsula that divides the eastern part of Laguna de Bay, the largest lake in the Philippines. On a map the lake dominates. Water surrounds the land on several sides, and the settlement stretches along the shore at the foot of the hills.
The main road follows the lakeshore and links scattered villages. Inland, the terrain rises into green hills, and the lake remains central to local life through fishing and fish pens along the shallows. The town feels quieter and more rural than the parts of Rizal closer to Metro Manila.
A Jalajala map poster is an image of land and water. The shoreline is the main feature, sweeping around the peninsula. The coastal road traces it closely, and the settlements appear as small clusters of streets strung along the edge of the lake.
The lake takes up much of the map and surrounds the peninsula, turning the shoreline into the most striking line in the composition.
A main road runs along the water's edge and connects villages spread along the shore in a long, gently curving line.
Inland from the shore, the land rises into hills with few roads, which leaves open space that contrasts with the settled lakeside strip.
