Te mapa
Kifisiá lies about fifteen kilometres north of central Athens, on higher ground where the air is cooler and the trees are thicker. On a map it looks quite different from the dense grid of the capital. The streets curve, the blocks are larger and irregular, and many plots are filled with gardens that appear as open space between the lines.
For generations, wealthy Athenian families built summer villas here, and many of those houses still stand among the pines and plane trees. The Kefalari area, with its squares and cafés, is one of the local centres. The main avenues run south toward the city and north toward the slopes of Mount Penteli.
Kifisiá is the northern terminus of Athens Metro Line 1, the old electric railway that links it with Piraeus on the coast. That single line explains much of the suburb's growth. A Kifisiá map poster shows the end of the line from above: a green, loosely knit district leaning against the mountain.
The metro line from Piraeus ends here, entering the town from the south. It is the axis around which the suburb developed over the past century.
Large residential plots, many with trees and gardens, leave generous gaps in the street pattern. In print they give the map an airy, open texture that is unusual for Athens.
One of Kifisiá's best-known quarters, with small squares and shaded streets. On the poster it appears as a pocket of denser, finer streets within the wider suburban layout.

Koteā ko Kifisiá
Kifisiá is often associated with summer, gardens and family homes kept for generations. A map of its streets is a quiet way to mark that attachment, whether you live there now or grew up spending long weekends away from central Athens.
Add your own title, a family name or a date, and keep or change the coordinates line. There are five styles to choose from: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. The $9 digital download comes in six sizes, or you can order a matte print with an optional frame.
