Te mapa
Madikeri is the headquarters of Kodagu district, often called Coorg, in the Western Ghats of Karnataka. The town is built across hills and ridges at an elevation of over a thousand metres, and its streets follow the terrain closely, curving around slopes and climbing between neighbourhoods.
At its centre stands Madikeri Fort, which dates from the seventeenth century and was later rebuilt in stone, and nearby is the Omkareshwara Temple. On the western edge of town, the Raja's Seat viewpoint looks out over valleys that are often filled with mist during the monsoon.
A Madikeri map poster shows how a hill town adapts to steep ground, with roads looping and doubling back on themselves. Beyond the urban area, the surrounding coffee estates and forest leave the map largely open, framing the town as a cluster on the ridge.
The fort occupies a prominent position in the centre of town, its compound forming a distinct shape among the surrounding streets and public buildings.
The garden and viewpoint on the western edge of town overlooks the valleys and ranges beyond, and sits where the urban area gives way to steeper slopes.
Streets curve and switch back across the ridges, creating a loose, flowing network that reflects the town's position in the Western Ghats.

Koteā ko Madikeri
Madikeri is a place people remember: a family trip to Coorg, a honeymoon, a childhood among coffee estates. A map poster of its winding streets is a quiet way to hold on to that memory.
Edit the title and subtitle, add a date and adjust the coordinates line. Paper and Sand suit the town's hill-station character, while Noir gives a dramatic look. Download HD files for $9 or order a printed poster on matte paper.
