Te mapa
Magong is the main town of the Penghu Islands, a low, flat archipelago in the Taiwan Strait. From above it wraps around a sheltered inner bay, its dense old streets packed against the harbour, with newer districts spreading across the narrow peninsula behind them. Water surrounds it on almost every side.
The city has been a port for centuries, and its Tianhou Temple is regarded as the oldest Mazu temple in Taiwan, a reminder of the fishermen and traders who settled here first. The narrow lanes around it and the old harbour front still form the heart of the town.
A Magong map poster shows a place defined by its coastline. The irregular edge of the bay, the jetties and the tight grid of the historic quarter make a composition that is as much sea as land.
The town curves around a protected bay, and the ragged coastline with its jetties and piers gives the map a strong, irregular outline.
Around the Tianhou Temple, the oldest part of town is a tight cluster of narrow lanes, clearly denser than the newer streets inland.
Penghu is made up of many small, flat islands, and the stretches of open water between them give the map a lot of calm negative space.

Koteā ko Magong
Magong is a place of summer trips, military service memories and family homes for many people in Taiwan. A map of its harbour captures the island setting in a way that feels both personal and graphic.
You can add a title, a subtitle such as a date, and your own coordinates line. The five styles include Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Download print-ready files or order a matte poster with an optional frame.
