Te mapa
Nabeul sits on the southern coast of the Cap Bon peninsula in northeastern Tunisia, facing the Gulf of Hammamet. The shoreline is long, sandy and almost straight, and the town stretches along it, with a compact older core a short distance inland and newer districts, hotels and roads filling the space toward the sea.
Nabeul is known throughout Tunisia for its pottery and ceramics. Workshops and shops selling glazed tiles and dishes line many streets. The town also has ancient roots: the remains of Neapolis, a Greek and later Roman settlement, lie near the shore. Hammamet, the neighbouring resort, is only a few kilometres to the southwest along the same coast.
A Nabeul map poster combines several kinds of geometry. The irregular lanes of the old centre, the straighter roads of the newer quarters, and the orchards and farmland of Cap Bon are all bordered by the clean edge of the Mediterranean shore. It is a coastal town with a craft tradition, captured in a single composition.
The town faces a long, gently curving stretch of sandy coast. On the poster the shoreline forms one smooth edge along the southeastern side of the map.
The historic core has narrower, more irregular streets than the surrounding districts. It is where markets and many of the ceramic shops are concentrated.
Inland, the map turns to orchards, fields and rural roads. It is a reminder that Cap Bon is one of Tunisia's most important agricultural regions.

Koteā ko Nabeul
Nabeul is a place people know through its pottery, a seaside holiday or family ties. A map of the town is a calm, graphic memento of that coast, and it sits easily next to ceramics and textiles in a home.
