Te mapa
Oshodi is one of the busiest crossroads in mainland Lagos, just south of Ikeja and close to Murtala Muhammed International Airport. On a map it is a meeting point of major routes. The Apapa–Oworonshoki Expressway, the Agege Motor Road and the railway corridor all cross through a dense fabric of streets, markets and residential blocks.
For decades the area was known for sprawling street markets and traffic that spilled across the roads under the rail line. A large transport interchange opened in 2019 to organise the bus terminals and pedestrian flows. Oshodi is still one of the main transfer points for commuters travelling between the island, the mainland and the northern suburbs.
An Oshodi map poster shows a very different city form from the planned grids of newer districts. Arterial roads cut long, confident lines through a tightly packed mesh of small streets, and the density of the drawing becomes the subject itself: a portrait of how Lagos moves.
Several of the city's most important roads meet and pass over one another here. They form the bold lines that anchor the whole composition and set its direction.
The rail line runs through Oshodi alongside the roads and markets. It adds another long, straight element to an already busy junction.
Between the main roads, a dense network of small streets and lanes fills almost every gap. On paper it creates a rich, textured pattern.

Koteā ko Oshodi
Oshodi is a place almost every Lagosian has passed through, often daily. For people who live or trade there, or who now live abroad, its map is an honest picture of the energy and density of the city.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line are editable, so you can add a family name, a market or a year. Noir brings out the density in a striking way, and the HD download costs $9 with no watermark.
