Pridonskoy is a small settlement that belongs administratively to the city of Voronezh. Its name means roughly by the Don, after the river that shapes this part of central Russia. On a map it reads as a compact residential area, separated from the main city by open ground, woodland and transport corridors instead of forming one continuous urban fabric.
From above, the settlement is a modest grid of streets, with residential blocks and private houses side by side. Around it, the landscape is mostly broad, gently rolling ground with patches of forest, and the Don valley lies beyond.
