Te mapa
Rio Real is a municipality in the northeast of Bahia, close to the state line with Sergipe. It takes its name from the Rio Real, the river that forms part of the boundary between the two states. From above, the town is a compact grid of streets with low-rise houses filling the blocks, and roads leading out into the countryside in several directions.
The surrounding landscape is gently rolling farmland, a patchwork of fields, pastures and orchards divided by rural tracks. The border region between Bahia and Sergipe is known for citrus growing, and farming shapes both the local economy and the look of the land around the town. Beyond the built-up area, the map quickly opens into this agricultural mosaic.
A Rio Real map poster is simple and honest: a tidy town grid with the lines of rural roads and field boundaries around it. There are no grand landmarks, only the everyday structure of a place. For people who grew up there, or whose families still farm nearby, that structure is exactly what makes it recognisable.
The urban area forms a small, regular grid of blocks. It is the densest part of the map and stands out sharply against the open country around it.
The town is named after the Rio Real, which marks part of the boundary between Bahia and Sergipe. It gives the municipality its identity and its place on the regional map.
Outside town, fields, pastures and orchards are divided by tracks and fences. On the poster they appear as a loose, irregular mosaic around the grid.

Koteā ko Rio Real
A map of a small hometown in the interior of Bahia often means more than a map of a big city. It holds the streets of childhood, the roads to relatives' farms and the shape of home for people who have moved to Salvador, São Paulo or abroad.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line in Portuguese or English, and choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. HD files are $9 with no watermark, and printed posters are also available.
