Te mapa
Sầm Sơn is a coastal city in Thanh Hóa Province, in north-central Vietnam, and one of the country's best-known seaside resorts. From above, the town is shaped by its long, gently curving beach, with streets laid out parallel and perpendicular to the shoreline and hotels lining the waterfront.
At the southern end of the beach, the forested Trường Lệ hill rises close to the sea, and it holds temples and viewpoints that attract visitors alongside the beach itself. Inland, the land flattens out into fields, canals and the channels of the nearby river mouth.
A Sầm Sơn map poster emphasises the coastline: a strong, clean edge of sand and sea, the ladder of streets running back from the beach and the rounded hill at the southern tip. It is a bright, simple composition that brings summer holidays to mind.
The shoreline runs along the eastern side of the poster in a smooth curve, with the Gulf of Tonkin forming a wide, open area of sea.
A wooded hill at the south end of the beach interrupts the flat coast, its winding paths and slopes creating a natural focal point on the map.
Roads run parallel to the sea and cross back inland in regular lines, forming a ladder-like pattern typical of a planned resort town.

Koteā ko Sầm Sơn
Sầm Sơn is where many Vietnamese families spend their summer holidays, so a map of it carries memories of heat, sea air and evenings on the beach. The strong coastline makes a clear, calming image.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates with a holiday year or family name, and choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Sand suits the beach especially well.
