Te mapa
San Isidro is a district of Lima, lying between the city centre and Miraflores. On a map it has an unusually leafy pattern. Wide avenues pass through it, and long parks and residential streets curve around them, while a short stretch of the district reaches the cliffs above the Pacific. The Vía Expresa and major avenues form strong edges on the east side.
The district is Peru's main financial centre, with office towers concentrated along its main avenues. It also keeps some of Lima's most notable green spaces. El Olivar park preserves an olive grove whose origins go back to the colonial era, and Huaca Huallamarca, an adobe pyramid from before the Inca period, stands among the houses.
A San Isidro map poster brings together formal avenues, curving residential streets and generous parkland. Towards the coast, the edge of the cliffs and the Costa Verde road below them complete the design. It is a refined, balanced composition that reflects the district's orderly character.

Major avenues crossing the district carry the office towers of Lima's business centre. They are long straight lines in an otherwise gentle layout.
The district reaches the clifftop above the Costa Verde, where the city ends in a sharp edge above the ocean.
