Te mapa
Simpsonville lies in Greenville County in the Upstate of South Carolina, on gently rolling Piedmont land between Greenville and Fountain Inn. On a map the historic centre is a short stretch of Main Street, surrounded by a much larger ring of later subdivisions whose curving streets and cul-de-sacs fill the land between creeks and strips of woodland.
Interstate 385 runs along the town's edge, linking it with Greenville and the route toward Columbia, and much of Simpsonville's growth has come since the late twentieth century as the Greenville area expanded. Heritage Park, with sports fields, trails and an amphitheatre used for concerts, forms one of the largest green spaces on the map.
A Simpsonville map poster captures the texture of contemporary Southern suburbia: looping streets, small ponds, winding creeks and the one straight line of an older town at the centre. It suits families who have settled here, commuters who know every turn toward Greenville, and anyone marking a first home.
The historic core is a compact stretch of shops and older buildings along Main Street, a straight axis within the otherwise curving street pattern.
A large park with trails, sports fields and an outdoor amphitheatre forms a broad open area on the map, clearly separated from the surrounding neighbourhoods.
Subdivisions with curving roads, cul-de-sacs and small ponds fill much of the town, giving the poster an intricate, almost organic texture.
