Te mapa
Suong is the capital of Tboung Khmum, one of Cambodia's newest provinces, which was separated from Kampong Cham in 2013. The town lies on National Road 7, the main route east towards the Vietnamese border, and that highway is the backbone of its map.
From above, the older market area and shops cluster along the road, and newer administrative and residential streets extend to either side in a more regular pattern. The region is known for its red soils and rubber and cashew plantations. Beyond the edge of town, those plantations and farmland form long, straight rows and wide open blocks.
A Suong map poster shows a town that is still taking shape. The strong line of the highway, the tidy grid of recent development and the surrounding plantation pattern combine into a clear, graphic image. For people who know the province, it captures a moment in the growth of a new regional centre.
The highway runs directly through the town. Most of Suong's life is organised along it, and on the poster it forms the main axis.
Streets laid out since the province was created are more regular than the older roadside core. They form neat blocks that stand out in black and white.
Around the town, rubber and other plantations divide the land into large, orderly parcels. They surround the centre in a calm, even texture.

Koteā ko Suong
For people from Tboung Khmum, or anyone who has worked or travelled along Road 7, a Suong poster marks a place that rarely appears on printed maps. It is a personal reminder and a simple, strong design at the same time.
Personalise the title and subtitle, including Khmer script, and adjust the coordinates line. Choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. It is available as a $9 HD download or a printed matte poster.
