Te mapa
Valle de Bravo sits in the mountains west of Mexico City, on the eastern shore of a large reservoir that locals simply call the lake. On the map the water dominates: a big irregular body with long arms reaching into the surrounding valleys. The town clings to its edge, with streets climbing the slopes in short, twisting segments rather than a regular grid.
The historic centre is a compact knot of cobbled lanes around the main square and church, and it is protected as one of Mexico's Pueblos Mágicos. The reservoir itself is part of the Cutzamala system, which supplies water to the capital. It is also a popular place for sailing, and the hills around it are well known for paragliding. Pine forests and the Avándaro area extend to the south.
A Valle de Bravo map poster sets that tangled old town against the smooth, open surface of the lake. The contrast is striking: dense, organic streets on one side, a wide blank of water on the other, with forested hills softly framing it all. It is an easy map to love at a glance.

Short, winding streets climb from the waterfront around the main square. It is one of the most intricate patches on the map and the heart of the Pueblo Mágico.
Wooded slopes and the residential area of Avándaro surround the town, with scattered roads following the terrain. They give the map a softer outer ring.
