Te mapa
Villa Constitución lies on the western bank of the Paraná River in the south of Santa Fe Province, between Rosario and San Nicolás. The river here is wide, with islands and channels on its far side. The town's port and industrial zone sit along the bank, and the residential grid spreads inland from them.
The city is closely linked to the steel industry. The Acindar steel plant, one of the largest in Argentina, stands beside the river. Its presence shaped the town's growth and its labour history, including the major strikes of the 1970s that are still remembered in Argentina.
A Villa Constitución map poster shows the classic Argentine grid of square blocks meeting the irregular shoreline of the Paraná. Large industrial sites form solid shapes by the water, and the islands across the river add texture on the far side. In black and white, the map is disciplined on land and loose on the water.
The broad river runs along the eastern edge of the map. Across it, islands and channels form an intricate pattern that contrasts with the town's regular grid.
The residential city follows the square blocks typical of Argentine towns. At poster scale the grid gives the map a steady, even texture.
The steel works and port occupy large riverside plots. They appear as big, solid shapes between the grid and the water.
