The map

About this Agboville map poster

Agboville lies north of Abidjan in southern Ivory Coast, on the Agnéby River. The town grew along the railway that runs from Abidjan toward Burkina Faso, and on a map the track and the river are the two lines that organise everything else. Streets cluster around the station and the river crossings, and gradually thin out into surrounding plantations.

The region is green and fertile, with cocoa, coffee and other crops grown in the countryside around the town. Agboville serves as an administrative and market centre for this farming area and is the main town of the Agnéby-Tiassa region. The Abbey people are closely associated with the surrounding lands.

An Agboville map poster suits families with ties to the town who now live in Abidjan, Europe or elsewhere. It shows a compact regional town in a clear composition: a river, a railway, a network of neighbourhood streets and the open country beyond.

Town among plantations

Beyond the dense centre, streets thin out into farmland and forest, which leaves generous quiet space around the town.

Why Agboville

A map that means something

For people from Agboville, the town is tied to family, harvests and the long train ride from Abidjan. A map on the wall keeps that connection present in a quiet, dignified way.

You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates, with a family name or a special date, for example. Five styles are available: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Classic black & white keeps the composition clean and simple.
