Icod de los Vinos is a town on the north coast of Tenerife, in the Canary Islands. It is famous for the Drago Milenario, a very old dragon tree that has become a symbol of the island. Nearby is the Cueva del Viento, one of the longest volcanic lava tubes in the world. The land behind it rises steadily toward Teide.
