Rrashbull lies in Durrës County, close to the port city of Durrës on Albania's Adriatic coast. It is an administrative unit of the wider Durrës municipality. It is made up of settlements scattered across low hills and the plain behind the coast.
The map reflects recent growth. Older village lanes follow the slopes in irregular lines, and newer housing has filled in along the roads, often without a strict plan. Main roads link the area to Durrës and toward Tirana, and farmland and olive groves still cover the ground between the built-up patches.
