Citong Map Poster & Print
Citong, also written Cihtong, is a rural township in Yunlin County on Taiwan's western coastal plain. The land here is almost perfectly flat, and the map shows it through straight lines. Farm roads run at right angles, irrigation channels cut across the fields, and small settlements gather where routes meet. Little climbs or bends, which gives the plan a calm, measured regularity.
Yunlin is one of Taiwan's main farming counties, and the land around Citong shows it. Fields cover most of the map, divided into narrow rectangular parcels.
