Te mapa
Coloane was once a separate island at the southern tip of Macau. Land reclamation later filled the strait between it and Taipa, creating the Cotai strip, and today the map shows a clear contrast. There is a flat, gridded plain of resorts to the north and the rounded, wooded hills of Coloane to the south. The change in texture is abrupt and easy to read from above.
The hills take up most of the interior and are crossed by trails and a few winding roads. At the summit stands the A-Ma statue on Coloane Hill. Along the coast the shoreline curves into beaches, including Hac Sa, named for its dark sand, and Cheoc Van, set in a smaller bay. Development thins out quickly once you leave Cotai.
Coloane Village sits on the western shore, facing mainland China across a narrow channel. Its small waterfront square is home to the Chapel of St Francis Xavier, and its lanes still keep the scale of a fishing settlement. A Coloane map poster captures that last quiet corner of Macau, a place where green space and coastline still outweigh the grid.

A compact cluster of lanes on the western waterfront, facing the mainland across a narrow channel. It is the island's historic core and its finest street pattern.
A broad, gently curved beach on the southeastern shore, one of the cleanest coastline arcs anywhere in Macau.

Koteā ko Coloane
For people who know Macau, Coloane is where the city slows down, with a hillside walk, lunch in the village and an afternoon on the beach. A map of it shows the side of Macau that visitors often miss, framed as its own place.
The title, subtitle and coordinates can all be edited, so you can write Coloane, Macau, or a date that matters to you. There are five styles to choose from. Printed posters ship from partners in more than 30 countries, with an optional wooden frame.
