Te mapa
Dianópolis sits in the southeast of Tocantins, one of Brazil's youngest states, in the wide landscape of the Cerrado. From above the town looks orderly: a mostly regular grid of blocks, clearly bounded, with open savanna, pasture and farmland reaching out in every direction.
The town was once known as São José do Duro before taking its current name. It serves as a local centre for a large, thinly populated region, and the roads leading away from it run long and nearly straight across the plateau.
A Dianópolis map poster works because of its simplicity. The street grid reads almost like a diagram, and small streams and watercourses add a few soft, irregular lines at the edges. It is a quiet image of a place where the land is wide and the town is compact, drawn with very little ornament.
The central blocks follow a largely rectangular plan, giving the town a clean, geometric outline that stands out sharply against the open land around it.
Savanna, pasture and fields stretch away from the town edge, so the map is mostly open space framing a small urban core.
Highways leave town as long straight lines across the plateau, emphasising the distances that separate towns in this part of Brazil.

For people from Dianópolis, or from the wider interior of Tocantins, this map is a clear picture of home: a compact town in a vast landscape. Its geometric simplicity makes it a calm poster for a living room or study.
You can change the title, subtitle and coordinates line, adding a family name or a special date. Pick Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, and choose digital HD files or a matte printed poster with an optional wooden frame.
