Te mapa
General Emilio Aguinaldo is a municipality in the upland south of Cavite province, in the Calabarzon region, close to the border with Batangas. It was once known as Bailen and was later renamed in honour of Emilio Aguinaldo, the Cavite-born leader who became the first president of the Philippines. It is quieter and greener than the busy lowland towns nearer Manila.
On a map the municipality looks rural and spread out. A central poblacion gathers around the town hall and church, and roads leave it along ridges and down toward river valleys. Rivers and creeks cut through the rolling land, and the road network bends to follow them. Barangays are scattered across the hills.
A General Emilio Aguinaldo map poster is less about dense streets than about the way roads move through hilly land. In black and white the winding main roads, the branching barangay lanes and the lines of watercourses create a relaxed, flowing composition. It shows a side of Cavite that most visitors never see.
The town's civic core forms the densest part of the map, a small cluster of streets around the municipal hall and church.
The main roads curve along ridges and down into valleys, drawing long, flowing lines across the hilly landscape.
Rivers and creeks cut through the uplands, their meandering courses adding natural lines between scattered barangays and farmland.
