Te mapa
Hong Kong is shaped by Victoria Harbour, a deep channel between Hong Kong Island and the Kowloon peninsula. Along both shores, the city is packed into a narrow strip of flat and reclaimed land, and much of the waterfront follows the straight lines of reclamation rather than the original coast. Behind it, steep hills rise quickly, and the street pattern ends where the slopes begin.
On the island, streets climb from Central and Wan Chai toward Victoria Peak, and the Central–Mid-Levels escalator carries people up through the hillside streets. Across the harbour, Nathan Road runs north through Tsim Sha Tsui and Mong Kok in a straight line. Further out, the New Territories and more than two hundred outlying islands make up most of the territory, much of it protected country park.
A Hong Kong map poster is often framed around the harbour, where the contrast is greatest: dense grids, container terminals, piers and ferry routes against open water and wooded hills. Bridges such as Tsing Ma connect the city to Lantau and the airport. The effect in black and white is strongly architectural, even though no individual building appears.

The highest point on Hong Kong Island, with winding roads and trails circling its slopes. On the map the tight grid of Central gives way abruptly to looping hillside roads.
A straight main avenue running north from the harbour through Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Ma Tei and Mong Kok. It forms a clear spine through Kowloon's dense block pattern.

Koteā ko Hong Kong
Hong Kong is home to many who have since moved abroad, and to many who arrived and stayed. A map of the harbour and hills is a quiet, recognisable way to keep that connection, whichever shore you lived on.
Add a title, a subtitle such as a date or district, and keep or edit the coordinates line. Pick from five styles; Noir echoes the harbour at night, Classic black & white keeps every street legible. Printed posters come matte, with an optional wooden frame.
