Te mapa
Ladera Ranch is a planned community in south Orange County, California. It was built from the late 1990s on land that had long been open ranch country, between Mission Viejo and San Juan Capistrano. Ladera means hillside in Spanish, and the name fits. The neighbourhoods sit on rolling ground and the street plan follows the contours rather than a grid.
From above, the pattern is clearly late twentieth century. Looping collector roads, clusters of cul-de-sacs and plenty of parks, pools, schools and open space are woven between the homes. The neighbourhoods are organised as separate villages, each with its own texture, and wide parkways run along the edges of the community.
A Ladera Ranch map poster shows how carefully this kind of place was drawn. Lines bend and branch like the veins of a leaf, and green spaces appear as clean pauses in the pattern. For families who moved here for the schools and parks, it is a quietly personal map of home.
Streets follow the hills in long loops and branching cul-de-sacs. Printed large, the pattern looks almost botanical.
Parks, sports fields and trails run between the neighbourhoods. On the poster they read as open spaces that give the composition rhythm.
Arterial roads such as Antonio Parkway and Crown Valley Parkway frame the community. They connect it with the rest of south Orange County.

Koteā ko Ladera Ranch
Ladera Ranch is where many families have put down roots, and a map of the neighbourhood marks that choice. It makes a considered gift for a housewarming or a move away, or for a nursery wall showing the street where a child learned to ride a bike.
Add your family name to the title and your move-in date to the subtitle, and adjust the coordinates line. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Download six HD sizes for $9, or order a matte print with an optional wooden frame.
