Te mapa
Nanga Eboko lies in Cameroon's Centre region near the Sanaga, the country's longest river. On the map, the river gives the area its strongest line: a broad, slow course with islands and side channels. The town's streets spread across the nearby ground in a loose arrangement, with a few through-roads linking it to the rest of the region.
This is transition country, where the southern forest thins into wooded savanna. That shows on a map as open ground between the built blocks and fields beyond them. The town's layout follows the land rather than a strict plan, with longer roads heading out and shorter streets gathering around the centre.
A Nanga Eboko map poster sets the river beside the town and lets the difference in scale speak for itself. The Sanaga's wide, soft curves balance the thinner street lines, and the result looks as much like a landscape study as a city plan.
Cameroon's longest river passes close to the town, broad and braided with islands. On the poster it forms a strong, organic shape that anchors the whole composition.
A few regional roads lead out of town in different directions. They cut long straight lines across the map, clearly different from the short streets near the centre.
Beyond the built-up area, the map opens into fields and wooded land. The empty paper around the town helps its compact street pattern stand out.
