Te mapa
Ongallur-II is a census town in Palakkad district of Kerala, in the area around Pattambi. Like much of central Kerala, it does not have a single dense centre. Instead, houses are spread along roads and lanes among coconut palms, gardens and paddy fields. From above, the map shows a soft network of curving roads rather than a regular grid.
The Bharathapuzha, Kerala's second-longest river, flows through this part of Palakkad district, and the low ground around it is used for rice cultivation. Small ponds, streams and irrigation channels add rounded and linear water shapes to the landscape. Roads link the area with Pattambi and with other towns along the river valley and toward the Palakkad Gap to the east.
A Ongallur-II map poster reflects this dispersed settlement pattern: thin lanes leading to homes hidden among trees, larger roads connecting neighbouring towns and open fields in between. In black and white, the loose, organic layout of rural Kerala becomes a calm, detailed composition that feels quite unlike a typical city map.

The area belongs to the valley of the Bharathapuzha, Kerala's second-longest river, whose low floodplain is used for paddy cultivation.
Curving roads follow the gentle terrain and connect Ongallur-II with Pattambi and other towns of Palakkad district.

This map suits Keralites living far from home who want to keep the quiet geography of their village in view, the lanes, the fields and the way to the river. It is also a thoughtful gift for a family gathering or housewarming.
Add your own title and subtitle, such as a family house name or a special year, and change the coordinates line. The poster is available in Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand.
