Te mapa
Tanjay lies on the eastern coast of Negros Island in the province of Negros Oriental. On a map, its town centre sits near the coast, where a river flows into the sea. The coastal highway runs north and south through it, while smaller roads head inland across farmland toward the mountains in the island's interior. The shoreline forms a clear eastern edge to the town.
Tanjay is one of the older towns of Negros Oriental and dates back to the Spanish colonial period. Like many Philippine towns of that era, its centre is arranged around a church and plaza. Around it are homes and markets, and the surrounding countryside is devoted mainly to sugarcane and other crops. The town is also known locally for its religious festivals and its musical tradition.
A Tanjay map poster shows a typical coastal town on Negros. The river and shoreline give it a natural outline. The coastal road forms a strong line, and the compact centre sits beside the water. In black and white, the pattern of fields inland adds quiet texture behind the town's streets.
A river runs through the area and reaches the sea near the town, bringing a natural curve into the otherwise straight lines of roads and fields.
The main road along the coast of Negros Oriental runs directly through the town and forms a clear north–south spine in the design.
The town centre follows the colonial pattern of church and plaza, with a compact grid of blocks gathered around them.

A Tanjay poster is a meaningful piece for Negrenses abroad, families with ties to Negros Oriental, or anyone who has travelled the coast road south toward Dumaguete. The meeting of river, coast and town gives the map a gentle, natural balance.
