Marina waterfront
Curving quays and basins give the coast a soft, rounded edge, a strong contrast to the straight expressways that run behind them and connect the city to Doha.

The map
Lusail is one of the youngest large cities on the Gulf, planned on open coastal land north of Doha and built out largely over the past two decades. From above it looks deliberate in a way few cities do: broad arterial roads, curving marina edges, carefully shaped waterfront blocks and man-made islands pushed into shallow water. Very little of the street pattern is accidental, and the map shows it.
The shoreline is the defining line. Marinas and lagoons cut into the land, the Qetaifan Islands sit just offshore, and the crescent profile of the Katara Towers marks the waterfront. Inland, the plan loosens into residential districts, mixed-use quarters and the long axis of Lusail Boulevard, all tied back to Doha by expressways and a light rail network.
Lusail became known worldwide in 2022, when Lusail Stadium hosted the final of the FIFA World Cup, and the Lusail International Circuit, used for MotoGP and Formula 1 races, lies within the wider city. A Lusail map poster reduces all that new construction to pure line work: roads, water and the outline of a coast still being shaped.
Curving quays and basins give the coast a soft, rounded edge, a strong contrast to the straight expressways that run behind them and connect the city to Doha.
Reclaimed islands just off the northern shore appear as crisp new shapes in the water, among the clearest signs on the map that this coastline has been engineered.
The bowl of Lusail Stadium and its surrounding roads and car parks form a distinct circular landmark, the venue of the 2022 World Cup final.

Why Lusail
People hang Lusail for a match they watched there, a job that brought them to Qatar, or an apartment overlooking the marina. It is a map of a city caught mid-growth, and it looks sharp in modern interiors where clean geometry suits the room.
You can set your own title, add a subtitle such as a date or a name, and keep or edit the coordinates line. Choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, then download the HD files for $9 or order a printed poster.
