The district
Miraflores sits on the edge of Lima's coastal cliffs, and the most striking line on its map is the one where the city stops. Streets run toward the ocean and meet the malecón, a long clifftop promenade with parks along its length. Below, the Costa Verde highway follows the shoreline. Roads descend to it through ravines in the cliff face.
Inland, the district centers on Parque Kennedy and Avenida José Larco, which runs from the park to the coast and Larcomar, a shopping center built into the cliff itself. Among the modern blocks stands Huaca Pucllana, a large adobe pyramid built by the Lima culture centuries before the Inca. It appears on the map as a sizeable open shape.
A Miraflores map poster shows a clean contrast: a dense street grid on one side and the open Pacific on the other, separated by one long edge. The Vía Expresa runs along the eastern side of the district in a sunken trench and adds another strong line. The composition feels spacious and suits a bright room.

An adobe ceremonial complex from the Lima culture takes up a large area among the apartment buildings. It is a clear open space within the grid.
The central park and the adjoining Parque Central form a wedge of green where the main avenues converge. It is the focal point of the district.

Why Miraflores
Miraflores is often the first home in Lima for people moving to the city, and a familiar base for visitors. With the ocean filling one side, its map is simple to read and carries a strong sense of place.
Add a title, a subtitle such as a year or a family name, and a coordinates line. Pick from five styles. Blueprint and Sand both work well with the coastline. Download the print-ready files or order a printed poster.
