Te mapa
Agogo is a town in the Ashanti Region of Ghana, set in the Asante Akim area east of Kumasi. On the map, the town appears as a network of streets gathered around a few main roads, with the built-up area loosening into farmland at its edges. The terrain here is gently rolling, and the street pattern follows it without a rigid grid.
Agriculture shapes both the town and its surroundings, and the Agogo area is known for farming that supplies markets across the region. The town is also recognised for Agogo Presbyterian Hospital, a long-established institution serving the wider district. Beyond the centre, the map reveals roads heading out to smaller settlements, tracing the connections between the town and its countryside.
An Agogo map poster presents the town as it sits in its landscape: a denser core of streets, a scattering of roads leading outward and plenty of open space around them. In black and white, that balance between settlement and surrounding land becomes the main subject, calm and uncluttered, and recognisable to anyone who has spent time in Asante Akim.
The central streets gather where the main roads meet, forming the densest part of the map and the natural focal point of the composition.
Several roads lead away from the centre towards outlying villages and farms, drawing long lines that stretch the town's shape across the frame.
Open agricultural land surrounds the built-up area, so the edges of the poster stay light and spacious, framing the town within its rural setting.
