Te mapa
Anyinam lies in the Eastern Region of Ghana, along the main highway that links Accra with Kumasi. The road runs straight through the town, and most of Anyinam's streets branch off it, giving the settlement a long, linear shape, with markets and roadside businesses concentrated along the main route serving travellers and nearby farming communities.
The town is the administrative centre of Atiwa East District, and the forested Atiwa range, one of the country's notable forest reserves, rises nearby. The surrounding landscape is green and hilly, with cocoa farms, food crops and patches of forest. On a wider map, the contrast between the straight highway and the winding rural tracks becomes very clear.
An Anyinam map poster shows a place defined by movement, with the highway carrying traffic between Ghana's two largest cities, and by the quieter pattern of farms and forest beyond. The composition is simple and strong, a single axis with fine branching lines, and it carries personal meaning for anyone connected to the town.
The main road runs through the heart of Anyinam, a strong straight line that shapes the town and anchors the entire poster.
Streets and lanes branch off the highway on both sides, creating a long, narrow settlement pattern typical of towns that grew along a major route.
Forest-covered hills rise near the town, and in a wider frame their winding tracks and open spaces provide a calm, natural counterpoint to the road.
