Te mapa
Begoro is the main town of the Fanteakwa area in Ghana's Eastern Region, set in green, rolling country. From above, the town is organised around a small central core where main roads meet, with residential lanes branching off in irregular loops and short spurs. At the edges, the street pattern thins quickly and farmland takes over.
The surrounding district is known for agriculture, and the map reflects this. Roads leading out of town run toward outlying villages and farms, following the contours of the land rather than a straight grid. Patches of woodland and cultivated fields fill the spaces between them, giving the map a soft, open character around a denser middle.
Since Begoro was not laid out on a grid, its streets have a natural, organic look, shaped by the terrain and by the way the town has grown outward over time. A Begoro map poster keeps that honest form intact, a simple portrait of a regional town with its own distinct outline.
Main roads converge on a compact core where the street pattern is densest, marking the centre of daily trade and the natural focal point of the map.
Long roads leave town in several directions toward nearby villages, drawing thin lines across the countryside that give the poster a sense of reach beyond the town.
Residential lanes curve and branch rather than following a grid, producing an irregular, hand-drawn quality that sets Begoro apart from planned towns.
