Te mapa
Elubo sits in Ghana's Western Region, right on the border with Côte d'Ivoire, and the town exists largely because of that position. It lies on the main coastal road linking Accra and Abidjan. On a map that highway is the dominant line, running through the town to the border post and the river crossing beyond.
The Tano River forms the boundary here, and its course separates Elubo from the Ivorian town of Noé on the far bank. Around the centre, markets, lorry parks and trading streets cluster near the road, while residential areas spread into the surrounding land of forest, plantations and low wetland.
As a major crossing on the West African coastal corridor, Elubo is a place of constant movement, with traders, travellers and freight passing between two countries every day. An Elubo map poster reduces all that activity to its geography: a road, a river and a town gathered at the point where they meet.
The Accra–Abidjan road runs through the centre as a single strong axis. The town's commercial life is concentrated along it, all the way to the border post.
The river marks the frontier with Côte d'Ivoire. Its curving course separates Elubo from Noé and gives the map a natural edge.
Beyond the town, roads and tracks thin out into forest, plantations and wetland. The settlement is left as a compact cluster in a wide, lightly marked landscape.

Koteā ko Elubo
Elubo matters to people on both sides of the border and to anyone who has made the crossing between Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire. Its map tells a clear story of connection: a road meeting a river at the edge of a country.
