Te mapa
Fryazevo lies in the eastern part of Moscow Oblast, in the wooded country beyond the capital's outer suburbs. From above, the settlement appears as a cluster of streets and houses set within forest, with a railway line passing through and linking it to larger towns and to Moscow itself.
The landscape here is typical of the Meshchera fringe: flat or gently rolling ground, pine and birch woods, small ponds and clearings. Settlements in this part of the region often grew around railway stations, and their plans show that origin in streets running parallel or perpendicular to the tracks.
A Fryazevo map poster turns this setting into a restrained composition: a tight pattern of streets surrounded by broad areas of forest, with the rail line drawing a straight, confident stroke across the sheet. It is a simple, calm map, well suited to minimal lines.
The railway runs through the settlement as a long straight line, the strongest feature on the map and the reason much of the local street plan is aligned the way it is.
Large wooded areas enclose the settlement, leaving wide open space around the streets and giving the composition a quiet, uncluttered frame.
Smaller residential lanes form regular, closely spaced rows, a pattern common in the garden and dacha settlements around Moscow.
