Te mapa
LOHAS Park is a large residential development in Tseung Kwan O, in the Sai Kung District of Hong Kong. It sits on reclaimed land along the eastern shore of Junk Bay. From above it is a compact estate of high-rise towers and landscaped podiums, sharply edged by water on one side and hills on the other.
The whole neighbourhood was built above a railway depot and is served by the terminus of a short MTR branch line. That explains its shape on a map: a self-contained, carefully planned block, with internal roads looping around podiums and very few connections to the outside.
A LOHAS Park map poster captures one of the clearest examples of Hong Kong's rail-and-property model. The waterfront, the neat loops of estate roads and the empty green slopes behind make a graphic, modern composition that is quite unlike the dense grids of older districts.
The estate's edge follows the straight lines of reclaimed shoreline. On the poster the clean coastline meets the water as a crisp boundary.
LOHAS Park rises above a rail depot at the end of an MTR branch. That gives the development its compact, raised, self-contained footprint.
Inside, looping access roads curve around residential podiums, forming smooth rounded shapes that contrast with the straight shoreline.

Koteā ko LOHAS Park
Many people hang LOHAS Park because it was their first flat or where their children grew up. The clean, modern layout looks good in contemporary interiors and makes a natural housewarming gift.
Add a building name, a move-in date or simply LOHAS Park, Hong Kong in the title and subtitle. Pick Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Noir makes the coastline especially crisp.
