Te mapa
Ozamiz City lies on the northern coast of Mindanao, where Panguil Bay opens into Iligan Bay. The map shows a narrow bay entrance, a port area along the shore, and a town centre of close streets just inland. Behind it, the land rises gradually toward the forested slopes of Mount Malindang.
The best-known landmark sits right on the waterfront. The Cotta, a Spanish stone fort from the eighteenth century, was built to guard the bay entrance and still stands near the port, with its triangular bastions visible even at map scale. The cathedral and the old central district are close by, making the historic core compact and walkable.
An Ozamiz City map poster brings the harbour, the fort and the town grid into one frame, with the bay creating a strong shape on one side. In black and white, the curve of the coastline and the entrance to Panguil Bay become the natural focus of the composition.

The narrow opening of the bay sits right at the city's edge, a strong water feature separating Ozamiz from the opposite shore.
South and west, the city gives way to farmland and higher ground rising toward the Mount Malindang range.
