Te mapa
San Pedro is the main town on Ambergris Caye, the largest island off the coast of Belize. The island is long and very narrow, and the town fills a thin strip of it. On one side lies the Caribbean, sheltered by the Belize Barrier Reef a short distance offshore. On the other lies a shallow lagoon. On a map, the town is a slender band of streets between two bodies of water.
The street layout is simple and linear. A few parallel streets run along the length of the island, crossed by short lanes that connect the beach side to the lagoon side. North and south of town, the settlement thins into resorts and scattered roads. Many visitors get around by golf cart, and the map makes it clear why distances here are short.
San Pedro grew from a fishing village into one of the best-known destinations in Belize, drawn by diving and snorkelling on the reef, which is part of a UNESCO World Heritage site. A San Pedro map poster suits divers, frequent visitors and anyone who has lived on the island. It keeps the essential geography: sea, town, lagoon.
Ambergris Caye is long and thin, and the town occupies a narrow band of it. On the poster the island's outline gives the design a strong, elongated shape.
A few main streets run along the island, parallel to the shore. Short cross lanes link them, creating a ladder-like pattern that is easy to read at any size.
The Caribbean coast faces the barrier reef, while a quiet lagoon lies to the west. Both appear as open water on the map, framing the town on either side.

A holiday on Ambergris Caye tends to leave a strong impression, whether from a first dive on the reef or a long stay in town. A map poster keeps that memory in a form that works in any room.
Personalise it with a trip date, a dive log reference or the island's coordinates. The Blueprint style emphasises the water, while Sand has a softer beach tone. Download the files for $9 or order a print from partners in 30+ countries.
