Te mapa
Talagante lies southwest of Santiago in Chile's Metropolitan Region, in the valley of the Maipo River. From above, the town centre follows the familiar Spanish colonial grid, with a main square at its heart, while the surrounding land is a patchwork of farms, orchards and small roads, with the river winding nearby.
The town is known in Chile for its polychrome ceramics, small painted clay figures depicting traditional scenes, a craft associated with Talagante for generations. It has also grown steadily as part of Santiago's wider commuter area, and newer neighbourhoods now spread beyond the older grid.
A Talagante map poster brings together these layers: the regular blocks of the historic centre, the newer residential areas, the river corridor and the agricultural valley around them, with the Andes and the Coastal Range just beyond the frame.
The centre follows a regular grid of blocks around a main square, the classic layout of Chilean towns founded in the colonial period.
The Maipo River passes near the town, its broad, braided channel adding a natural, irregular line to the otherwise ordered map.
Orchards and fields surround Talagante, and their small rectangular plots and rural roads fill the outer parts of the poster.

Koteā ko Talagante
Talagante sits between city and countryside, and its map reflects that balance. It is a thoughtful print for people who grew up here or who moved out from Santiago in search of more space.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line can all be changed, and you can choose Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Digital files are $9, with six print sizes included.
