Te mapa
Tân Uyên lies north of Ho Chi Minh City, on the right bank of the Đồng Nai River. Formerly part of Bình Dương province, it is now within the enlarged Ho Chi Minh City. From above, the river forms a long, curving boundary on one side, while the rest of the map is a mix of older winding roads and newer planned districts.
The area has grown quickly around industrial parks, and these show up clearly on the map as large rectangular blocks with wide internal roads. Around them, residential neighbourhoods fill in with tighter grids, and pockets of plantation and farmland remain between developments.
A Tân Uyên map poster captures a city in transition: the natural line of the Đồng Nai, the rigid geometry of industrial zones and the finer texture of streets where people live. It is a contemporary southern Vietnamese landscape drawn in clean black and white.
The river curves along the city's eastern edge, giving the map a strong natural boundary and a broad band of open water against the built-up land.
Large planned industrial zones appear as big rectangles with widely spaced roads, among the most distinctive geometric shapes on the whole map.
Older roads wind between plots while new residential areas follow straight grids, so the city shows two very different patterns side by side.
