Te mapa
Toumodi lies in central Ivory Coast, on the main corridor between the port city of Abidjan and the political capital Yamoussoukro, which is only a short drive to the north. The town has long been a stopping point on this route, and its map reflects that role: a central spine with neighbourhoods spreading outward on either side.
The surrounding landscape sits in the transition zone where forest gives way to savanna, so the land around town is a patchwork of cultivated plots, tree cover and open ground. Streets in the older quarters are irregular and close-knit, while outer areas have a more open, gridded feel as the town has grown.
A Toumodi map poster captures a modest, readable town without heavy ornament. The main road provides a strong axis, side streets branch into residential blocks, and dirt tracks fade into fields at the edges. In print it has a calm, balanced look, a good fit for anyone who knows the place from family, travel or years of passing through on the way north.
The principal north-south route of the country passes Toumodi, and this road gives the map its main axis, linking the coast to the capital region.
Near the heart of town, compact blocks and short, irregular streets mark the older neighbourhoods and markets, forming the densest part of the poster.
At the outskirts, streets loosen into farm tracks and open ground, a transitional landscape between forest and savanna that gives the map soft, uneven borders.

Koteā ko Toumodi
Toumodi is the kind of town people carry with them: a hometown, a place where relatives still live, or the familiar stop between Abidjan and Yamoussoukro. A clean map of its streets is a personal object rather than a tourist souvenir.
Give it a title of your choice, a subtitle with a name or a date, and a coordinates line along the bottom. Sand and Paper bring out warmth, Noir adds drama; Classic black & white and Blueprint complete the five styles.
