Te mapa
Việt Trì, capital of Phú Thọ province, lies where the Lô River flows into the Red River, and the Đà joins the Red a short distance upstream. That meeting of waters is the defining feature of the map, and the reason the city is often called a city of confluence. The urban area occupies the land in the angle between the rivers, with water on two sides.
Việt Trì grew as an industrial centre from the 1960s, and its central streets follow a fairly regular layout of avenues and blocks. Toward the northwest the ground rises into wooded hills. Among them is Nghĩa Lĩnh mountain, where the Hùng Temples honour the legendary founding kings of Vietnam. The annual festival there draws visitors from across the country.
A Việt Trì map poster brings those layers together: the broad curves of the rivers, the grid of the modern town, and the scatter of hills and ponds around it. Because the rivers are so wide here, they take up a large part of the frame, and the city reads as something formed by and around water.
The Lô meets the Red River at the edge of the city. The two wide channels converge in a shape that anchors the whole composition and frames the town on two sides.
Nghĩa Lĩnh mountain on the city's northwestern side holds the temple complex dedicated to the Hùng Kings, one of the most significant pilgrimage sites in Vietnam.
The modern centre is laid out in regular blocks and long avenues. It contrasts clearly with the looser pattern of villages, ponds and fields at the city's edges.

Koteā ko Việt Trì
For people from Phú Thọ, Việt Trì is tied to ancestry as much as to geography. A map is a quiet way to keep that connection on the wall, whether at home in Vietnam or far away.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line can all be changed, so the print can carry a family name, a date or a short message. Choose between Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand, then download the HD files or order a printed poster.
