The map

About this Kfar Saba map poster

Kfar Saba sits on the eastern side of the Sharon plain, north-east of Tel Aviv. From above it reads as a neat, mostly rectilinear city: long avenues run through residential blocks, and apartment neighbourhoods fill the spaces between. The built-up area meets Ra'anana to the west and Hod HaSharon to the south with barely a gap.

The modern town was founded in the early twentieth century as an agricultural settlement, and its name echoes an ancient village recorded in the area. Orchards and citrus groves once surrounded it. Many of those fields have since become streets and neighbourhoods, and a large municipal park now opens one of the widest green spaces in this part of the Sharon.

A Kfar Saba map poster brings out that planned character: the steady rhythm of blocks and the green patches that interrupt it. Highway 6 runs along the eastern side of the city, and the Green Line just beyond it gives the map a clear boundary on that edge.

Planned residential blocks

Much of the city is organised in regular blocks of apartment buildings and houses. The poster shows a consistent, fine-grained grid instead of a tangle of lanes.

02

City park

A large municipal park opens a wide space within the street pattern. Its paths and lawns form a calm, lighter area among the surrounding neighbourhoods.

03

Joined to Ra'anana

Kfar Saba and Ra'anana have grown into each other along their shared edge. On the map they form one continuous urban fabric, divided only by a few main roads.

Why Kfar Saba

A map that means something

Kfar Saba is a city of families, schools and daily errands, so a map of it usually means home more than travel. It makes a thoughtful gift for someone who grew up here or moved away, showing the streets they walked with nothing decorative in the way.

Add a title in any wording you like, plus a subtitle, a date and the coordinates. Then choose from five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. The digital files cost $9 and include six print sizes with no watermark.
