Te mapa
Bắc Ninh lies on the flat Red River Delta a short distance northeast of Hanoi. The land is low and patterned with rice fields, ponds and villages, and the city has grown quickly from a provincial centre into one of northern Vietnam's major manufacturing hubs. From above, older neighbourhoods, new boulevards and large industrial estates sit side by side.
Rivers frame the area: the Đuống runs to the south and the Cầu to the north, both wide, meandering lines across the plain. Between them, the map shows a mix of compact village clusters, small lakes and straight new roads, including the expressway corridor linking Hanoi with the north. Ponds scattered through the fabric add dark, irregular shapes.
Bắc Ninh is known as the home of quan họ, a form of call-and-response folk singing recognised by UNESCO, which is still performed in the surrounding villages. A Bắc Ninh map poster brings together that old village landscape and the geometry of a modern industrial city, two layers that are easy to read side by side in black and white.
The Đuống and Cầu rivers curve across the plain on either side of the city, giving the map broad, flowing lines that contrast with the straight new roads.
Dense knots of houses around ponds and temples mark the traditional villages, each a small island of detail surrounded by open fields on the map.
Large parks of factory buildings form wide rectangles with straight service roads, a distinctly modern geometry that reflects the area's role in electronics manufacturing.

Koteā ko Bắc Ninh
Bắc Ninh means something particular to those who grew up with quan họ, and to the many who moved there for work in recent years. A map poster marks a hometown or a new chapter in a way that feels personal but understated.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line can all be edited, so you can add a village name or a date. Choose from five styles, including Classic black & white and Sand, and download high-resolution files or order a printed poster.
