Conglin Map Poster
Conglin lies in the southern part of Chongqing municipality, in hilly country south of the Yangtze. The terrain is broken into ridges and valleys, and the town adapts to it. On a map, the built-up area follows the level ground, and the roads twist to reach it.
There is no dominant grid here. Streets run where slopes allow, bend around hills and connect clusters of buildings that sit apart from each other. Roads leading out of town wind through farmland and forest toward neighbouring towns, and they draw long, irregular lines across the frame.
