Te mapa
Pout lies in Thiès Region in western Senegal, on the main route running inland from Dakar toward Thiès. That position has made it a busy stopping point, known for roadside selling of produce from the surrounding farms and market gardens. The town grew along the road, and the map still shows that linear pull.
Away from the highway, streets spread in a loose grid over sandy, mostly flat ground and turn into tracks at the edges. Beyond them lie orchards, vegetable plots and scattered villages. The old railway from Dakar toward the interior also passes through the area, adding another long line to the pattern around the town.
A Pout map poster is simple and direct: a main road, a railway, a gridded town and open land all around. In black and white, those straight lines give the composition a strong graphic quality. It fits anyone from Pout or the Thiès region, whether they live nearby or in Dakar, Europe or beyond.
The main road between Dakar and Thiès runs through Pout and has shaped its growth. It is the dominant line on the map, and the town gathers along it.
Behind the main road, streets form a broad, open grid on flat ground that fades into sandy tracks where the built-up area meets the countryside.
Orchards and vegetable plots surround the town. Their small, irregular parcels give the outskirts a finely divided texture on the poster.

Koteā ko Pout
Many Senegalese know Pout as a stop on the road inland, and for others it is simply home. A clean map of the town turns that everyday place into something personal and lasting, a fitting gift for anyone who grew up along this road.
Choose a title and subtitle, add a date and pick a style: Sand suits the warm landscape, while Noir gives strong contrast. The $9 digital files have no watermark, and printed posters are available on matte paper with an optional wooden frame.
